I had a great experience at this dental office. I was taken care of right away when I arrived, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Johnson was very knowledgeable and took the time to give a detailed explanation of my condition along with different treatment options. The front desk representative, Sheila, was especially sweet and made sure all of my questions were answered. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service.

This is one of the best dental offices we have experienced. My Mom was always telling me how great they are. Today I experienced it for myself. They take care of her so well, with care, and make her feel welcomed and comfortable. She had two extractions and said Dr. Raza has the hands of an Angel. Miale and Emily were so patient with my Mom. Working with seniors is not easy and they totally made her feel secure and safe with their great care. Thank you!

The office itself is clean, fresh, and welcoming—not scary at all, which says a lot when you’re bringing kids. I want to especially highlight Ms. Diana, because she was truly the reason I chose to come here in the first place. With no bias at all, I’m genuinely glad she told me about this office. From day one, she was informative, transparent, and incredibly reassuring. She made me feel comfortable before I even stepped through the door, and that initial trust carried through the entire experience. For the first time ever, my kids were comfortable enough to go to their own rooms without me. They were actually excited to be seen independently, which speaks volumes about the environment and staff. Viviana and Riley made the best first impression at check-in and during scheduling—friendly, polite, and genuinely welcoming. Dr. Mule was truly amazing. He was so informative and passionate that I almost felt bad he was standing while explaining everything about my teeth and my children’s care—I wanted to offer him a seat! I work in healthcare myself, so it’s not easy to impress me, especially when it comes to my family. Dr. Mule absolutely did. He oozes passion for his craft, made us feel extremely informed, and never rushed the visit. Ashley was wonderful with the kids while I was getting my screening done, and overall the entire experience felt comfortable and seamless. Ms. Diana was also very forthcoming when reviewing suggested procedures, and I never once felt pressured into rushed or unnecessary decisions—just informed and respected. I returned for a full deep cleaning on all four quadrants, and Mr. Ian exceeded my expectations. He was thorough, efficient, and explained everything he was doing while still allowing me to relax (and honestly enjoy the ASMR-like old-school plaque removal). Coming from someone who is not a fan of the dentist—due to past experiences, fear of needles, and loud noises—this says a lot. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’ll walk out feeling genuinely cared for, informed, and refreshed, I highly recommend Menifee Dental Group and Orthodontics. Choosing this office because of her recommendation was truly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my family’s dental care. From the moment I walked in, Riley checked me in with such a warm and welcoming vibe—he even gave me a few tips on my son’s newly permed hair (lol). That kind of genuine interaction may seem small, but it makes a huge difference. You never feel like just a number here, and I can’t express the happiness I feel when a dental office treats you like family. Keep it up! A huge thank you to Kari and Ashley for assisting Dr. Mule with my fillings and onlay. Your patience, reassurance, and support throughout the entire procedure did not go unnoticed—you truly made everything feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. And as always, Dr. Mule is exceptional. The efficiency and proficiency of completing my onlay the same day—within just two hours—is truly the best money and experience can buy. But what really sets him apart is his passion. He is calm, kind, and genuinely pleasant, which makes all the difference. Even at my age, I’ve been weary about dental visits, but Dr. Mule has completely changed that for me.
